Dablyo provides WhatsApp marketing and messaging tools for businesses. This policy outlines our practices regarding the personal data we process through the dashboard, messaging systems, APIs, and associated services. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this policy and our Terms of Service.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as WhatsApp message history, campaign analytics, contact lists, and feature usage to provide and improve our service.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Integration
Your messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Meta has their own privacy policies governing message delivery. Your WhatsApp Business Account is registered directly with Meta, meaning you maintain 100% ownership of your number and data. We do not use your message content to train any AI models.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, processing payments, or providing customer support. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements. Your WhatsApp messages are transmitted through Meta's infrastructure.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Message history and campaign data are retained according to your plan settings. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can export your contacts, message history, and campaign data at any time. EU users have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and the right to be forgotten.
